Terms and Conditions for Services Offered by Makina LaShea Brands
By accessing or using services offered under Makina LaShea Brands, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

- Makina LaShea Brands offers a variety of services, including but not limited to:
- Personal credit restoration
- Business coaching
- Real estate services
- Life insurance
- Notary services
- Travel advisory
- Wedding officiant services
- Business formation
- Estate planning
- Employee retention
- And more, as detailed on our website or in engagement contracts
2. Sales Are Final:
- All sales are final upon completion of payment. No refunds will be issued for services rendered, including but not limited to coaching, consulting, or other services provided by Makina LaShea Brands.
- Once payment is processed, it signifies acceptance of the services and their associated fees.
3. Payment Terms:
- Full Payment Requirement: Clients must submit full payment for services at the time of booking or engagement. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, digital payments (such as PayPal, Venmo), or other methods as specified by Makina LaShea Brands.
- Payment Plans: For certain services, payment plans may be available. Payment plans are subject to approval and may involve additional administrative fees. Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule to avoid service suspension.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may be applied at a rate of 10% of the outstanding balance for each 30-day period the payment is overdue.
4. Limitation of Liability:
- By using the services of Makina LaShea Brands, the Client agrees that Makina LaShea Brands, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, or contractors shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including any claims of malice or negligence, arising from the use of the services provided.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Makina LaShea Brands, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, or contractors from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of the Client’s use of the services, including but not limited to legal fees, damages, or other expenses.
5. Malice Disclaimer:
- Makina LaShea Brands will not be held responsible for any claims of malice, personal injury, financial claims or property damage associated with the use of services provided. The Client agrees not to hold Makina LaShea Brands liable for any negative outcomes, intentional or unintentional, related to the services rendered.
6. Confidentiality:
- All services provided by Makina LaShea Brands will be conducted in a professional manner, and any information shared between the Client and Makina LaShea Brands shall remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Changes to Terms:
- Makina LaShea Brands reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
8. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Alabama, and any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Alabama.
By engaging in any services offered by Makina LaShea Brands, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions, including the payment terms, limitations of liability, and confidentiality provisions.
